We are aware of a rumor circulating about a potential threat against our schools. Please know that the safety and security of our students and staff is our top priority, and we are actively investigating this matter in close collaboration with local law enforcement.

At this time, there is no verified threat, but we are taking all necessary precautions as the investigation continues. We understand that situations like this can cause anxiety, and we want to assure you that every potential risk is being thoroughly assessed to ensure the safety of everyone in our schools.

We ask parents and guardians to take this opportunity to speak with their children about the importance of responsible digital behavior, including the proper reporting of any concerning or threatening content to school officials, law enforcement, or a trusted adult. Additionally, please remind your children of the serious consequences that can come from making or sharing threats, even in jest, in today’s school climate.

We also urge everyone to avoid spreading rumors or reposting unverified information on social media. Doing so can cause unnecessary panic and interfere with the ongoing investigation. Any individual found responsible for making, sharing, or perpetuating threats may face disciplinary actions as well as potential legal consequences.
